For your consideration is this 1982 Peavey T-40 bass guitar in near mint condition. No dings, dents or scratches. Bass was just re-fretted and plays great. Electronics work exactly as they should. Two volume controls-two "tone" controls-3 way pickup selector and a phase switch. The tone controls actually roll the pickups from humbuckers to single coils. Vintage 1979 Peavey T-40 bass. Definitely a working man's bass, complete with dings and scuffs, plenty of character for a 45 year old bass. Electronics cleaned, both switches replaced, neck crack by tuner glued solid, bass set up in August 2024, ready to be gigged.

Very nice Sienna burst T40 from 1981. Everything works great, could use some new strings. buckle rash / scratches on the back, but not very noticeable. Typical light ware for age. Frets are in good shape from what I know.

This bass has been refretted with dunlop 6100s and refinished with amber- gunstock color tinted poly.
All electronics and pots are refreshed with 500k cts pots and currently wired as double humbucker setup (Volume - Volume - Tone - Tone) I have all of the original parts which will be included along with original hardcase
